The suggestions below allow you to resolve some of your CCTV system issues without incurring costs:
- Restart IP camera as this fixes some faults
- Check IP or analogue camera power supply is functioning correctly
- Check cable to camera for damage
- Check camera for damage
- Check recorder is working and recording recent footage
If these suggestions do not resolve the issue, please contact Customer Services and authorise proceeding with either option 1 or 2 below.
- Work on the issue remotely (£60+VAT including up to 30 minutes of work).
- Visit site to work on issue (£120+VAT including travel time and up to 30 minutes on site then £60+VAT per 30 minutes or part thereafter).
