The suggestions below allow you to resolve some of your CCTV system issues without incurring the cost for Prime to either:
- Work on the issue remotely (£15+VAT per 15 minutes of work).
- Visit site to work on issue (£100+VAT for first hour then £50+VAT per hour thereafter).
- Restart IP camera as this fixes some faults
- Check IP or analogue camera power supply is functioning correctly
- Check cable to camera for damage
- Check camera for damage
- Check recorder is working and recording recent footage
