The following page is designed to assist you if you are experiencing difficulties whilst trying to view our demonstration.
Important - You will only need to do this the first time.
You may be having trouble installing ActiveX, in which case you will see a bar at the top of the screen informing you that Microsoft has stopped the installation for your computers safety.
To get around this simply follow the steps:
1. Follow the following path:
Tools/Internet Options/Security/Custom Level
2. Here you will need to scroll down and change 'Download unsigned ActiveX controls' to 'Enable' and confirm these steps by clicking 'OK'.
3. When you return to the screen, click on the bar at the top (displaying the information about being unable to download ActiveX) and select 'Install ActiveX'.
Then continue with the following steps:
4.Select the "DSL/CABLE/T-1" internet connection and "Multi View" window.
5.Click 'Submit'.
5. Repeat step 3.
6.This will guide you to a screen prompting you to insert a 'Username' and 'Password'. Enter 'guest' as the username and 'demo' as the password.
7. This will take you to the main demonstration screen as follows:
